摘  要:通过研究防水助剂种类、面料组织规格和纱线性能对抗冲击渗水性的影响,优选手感柔软、抗冲击渗水性好的无氟防水助剂SA-9用于产品开发。不同组织面料的抗冲击渗水性由好到差依次为平纹、2/1斜纹、纬重平、2/2方平,交织点越多抗冲击渗水性越好;环锭纺面料的抗冲击渗水性优于紧密纺,相同组织紧度一致的面料,经纬纱支相同时抗冲击渗水性最好,抗冲击渗水性与透气性的二次方成正相关。开发的抗冲击渗水性产品符合ASNI/AAMIPB70的Level1标准要求。By studying the effects of types of waterproof additives,fabric organization specifications,and yarn properties on anti-impact water permeability,the excellent and soft fluorine-free waterproof additive SA-9 with good anti-impact water permeability was used for product development.The anti-impact water perme-ability of different tissues was in order of good to bad,including plain weave,2/1 twill weave,weft weight flat weave,and 2/2 square weave.The more interweaving points,the better the anti-impact water permeability.The anti-impact water permeability of ring spun fabrics was better than that of compact spun fabrics.Fabrics with the same organizational tightness had the best anti-impact water permeability when the warp and weft yarn count was the same.The anti-impact water permeability was positively correlated with the quadratic rela-tionship between air permeability.The developed product with anti-impact water permeability met the require-ments of Level 1 standard of ASNI/AAMI PB70.
