过碳酸钠在棉针织物低温练漂工艺中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了过碳酸钠的性能及漂白释氧机理,优选过碳酸钠作为低温氧漂增效剂,系统研究过碳酸钠应用于棉针织低温练漂工艺的练漂增效效果、工艺条件及适用范围。结果表明,使用过碳酸钠6 g/L,30%H2O28 g/L,NaOH 2.5 g/L,三合一精练剂LD-3120B1.5 g/L,于80~85℃低温练漂45~50 min可以获得和传统98℃练漂相同的白度,但毛效则根据织物规格和品种有所差异。The properties of sodium percarbonate and its bleaching and oxygen release mechanism were introduced.Sodium percarbonate was preferably selected as the synergisten of low temperature bleaching,and the activation effect,process conditions and its application range of sodium percarbonate applied to cot-ton knitting low temperature scouring and bleaching process were systematically studied.The results showed that with 6 g/L sodium percarbonate,8 g/L 30%H2O2,2.5 g/L NaOH and 1.5 g/L LD-3120B,the low-tempera-ture bleaching at 80-85℃for 45-50 min could achieve the same whiteness as the traditional bleaching at 98℃,but the capillary effect varied according to the fabric specifications and varieties.
