摘　　要：利用质谱法测定防疫物资中易挥发性物质的含量,选取顶空作为样品的前处理方法,取样直接用气相色谱-质谱法进行检测。方法简便、实用,可以满足实验室大批量样品检测需求。在合适的线性范围内线性较好,易挥发性物质的检出限为0.15~1.23 mg/L。以阴性防疫物资样品为基质,易挥发性物质在3个添加水平下平均回收率为89.6%~104.9%,相对标准偏差值小于8.9%。测试了316个防疫物资,有2个口罩检测出甲苯。A determination method of volatile organic compounds in epidemic prevent materials was de-termined.Based on headspace,the qualitative and the quantitative analysis was performed by the optimized gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)after pre-processing methods.The method was fast and accurate,suitable for the determination of large quantity of samples.The results showed that the method was evaluated with low quantification limits of 0.15-1.23 mg/L for harmful dyestuffs,acceptable recovery of 89.6%-104.9%and good precision of RSD less than 8.9%.316 mask samples were detected,and toluene was detected in 2 masks.
