摘 要:发动机常工作在极端高温环境中,针对服役工况下电液伺服阀复杂零件温度难以测量的问题,建立在环境温度250℃、介质温度140℃的高温下偏转板伺服阀温度场分析模型,获得了极端高温下的温度分布规律。分析结果表明:偏转板伺服阀整体温度为140~233℃,最高温度点在力矩马达壳体的上端,最低温度为工作介质温度。阀体整体温度呈现外高内低的温度梯度,温度范围为143~182℃;力矩马达壳体温度呈现上高下低的温度梯度,温度范围为170~233℃;力矩马达温度呈现上下的温度梯度,温度范围为143~222℃;上下导磁体、永磁体的温度较高,可选择耐高温材料或者力矩马达采取冷却措施,以保证必须的服役性能。本文温度分析方法和研究结果可为极端高温下电液伺服阀设计与优化提供参考。Electro-hydraulic servo valve often works in extreme high temperature environment.Considering the problem that the temperature distribution of complex parts cannot be measured under the service environment,under the high temperature condition of ambient temperature of 250℃and medium temperature of 140℃,the simulation model of the temperature field of the electro-hydraulic servo valve is established by fluent simulation analysis,and the temperature distribution law under the high temperature condition is analyzed.The analysis results show that the overall temperature of the electro-hydraulic servo valve is 140‒233℃,the highest temperature is the upper end of the torque motor shell,and the lowest temperature is the working medium temperature.The overall temperature of the valve body presents a temperature gradient of high outside and low inside,with a temperature range of 143‒182℃.The temperature of the torque motor shell presents a temperature gradient of high above and low below,with a temperature range of 170‒233℃.The temperature of the torque motor part presents a temperature gradient of up and down,and the temperature range is 143‒222℃.The temperature of the upper and lower guide magnets and permanent magnets is relatively high.It is necessary to select high-temperature resistant materials or cool the torque motor part to ensure good service performance.The analysis method and results can be used for the design and optimization of electro-hydraulic servo valve under extreme high temperature environment.
