励磁线圈形状对流量测量结果的影响分析

摘  要:随着油气田开发的不断深入,井中多为油、气、水组成的多相流。流量是分层采油等工艺中必须测量的重要参数,但是井下流体的流动状态十分复杂,致使流量的测量难度增大。目前,与电磁相关的流量传感器是解决该问题的热门方案,但考虑到励磁线圈形状对流量测量有很大影响,使得励磁线圈形状选取成为当下研究热点。本文通过COMSOL有限元软件对电磁相关流量测量系统中传感器的矩形、跑道形和马鞍形线圈的磁场分布进行了仿真计算,提出了评价励磁线圈磁场分布的指标,进而得到电磁相关流量传感器励磁线圈的最佳形状,为之后的油田流量计设计提供了参考。With the development of oil field,the wells are mostly multiphase flow composed of oil,gas and water.Flow rate is a parameter that must be measured in layered oil production,but the flow state of downhole fluid is very complex,which makes it very difficult to measure flow rate.At present,the electromagnetic correlation flow sensor is a popular solution to this problem,but considering that the shape of the excitation coil has a great impact on the flow measurement,the selection of the shape of the excitation coil has become a current research hotspot.In this paper,the magnetic field distribution of rectangular coil,racetrack coil and saddle coil of the sensor in the electromagnetic correlation flow measurement system is simulated by COMSOL finite element software.The index for evaluating the magnetic field distribution of the excitation coil is proposed,and then the optimal shape of the excitation coil of the electromagnetic correlation flow sensor is obtained.It provides a reference for the later design of oil field flowmeter.
