摘 要:针对建筑覆盖信息的监测精度差、适用范围小以及时间维度信息处理能力不足等问题,基于遥感影像处理技术,研究了一种地表建筑覆盖变化的监测方法。应用遥感影像技术,采集建筑覆盖影像数据,利用图像的配准、校正、混合等方法,预处理采集的建筑覆盖影像数据,提取建筑覆盖信息的归一化建筑指数、归一化时序特征等多元综合特征,计算建筑覆盖信息的综合动态度,得到建筑覆盖变化的监测结果。结果显示:对于一组建筑覆盖历史影像数据,该方法监测结果的正确率为92.17%、误检率为4.39%、漏检率为3.27%、总体误差率为2.33%。结果表明:该方法能够有效地监测出多时间序列、多维度单元的遥感影像中的变化区域,且误检、漏检率较低,综合监测误差率在实际工程要求的不高于5.00%的范围内,具有精确性与可行性。Aiming at the problems of poor monitoring accuracy,small application scope and insufficient time dimension information processing ability of building cover information,a monitoring method of surface building cover change based on remote sensing image processing technology was studied.Remote sensing image technology is applied to collect building coverage image data,and image registration,correction,mixing and other methods are used to preprocess the collected building coverage image data,extract multiple comprehensive features such as normalized building index and normalized time series features of building coverage information,calculate the comprehensive dynamic attitude of building coverage information,and obtain monitoring results of building coverage changes.The results show that the accuracy of this method is 92.17%,the error rate is 4.39%,the error rate is 3.27%and the overall error rate is 2.33%for a group of historical image data of building coverage.The results show that the method can effectively monitor the change region of the remote sensing image with multi-time series and multi-dimensional elements,and the error rate is low,and the comprehensive monitoring error rate is not higher than 5.00%of the practical engineering requirements,which is accurate and feasible.
