摘　　要：针对不动产存量数据整合过程中,部分历史数据不规范、地名地址及周边参照物变化造成房屋难以进行空间位置匹配的情况,通过AutoCAD VBA软件,开发了存量数据整合辅助工具,以房产登记数据和现状地形图的房屋层次、建筑面积、房屋节点数、边长等信息作为观测值,分析两者之间的关联程度,实现数据匹配,有助于减少外业调查的工作量,提高存量数据整合效率。In the process of real estate inventory data integration,some historical data are not standardized,and changes in place names,addresses,and surrounding reference objects make it difficult to match the spatial position of houses.Through the AutoCAD VBA development method,an auxiliary tool for inventory data integration is developed.Real estate registration data and the house level,building area,house node number,side length and other information of the current topographic map are used as observation values to analyze the degree of correlation between the two and achieve data matching,which helps to improve the efficiency of stock data integration and reduce the work of field investigation quantity.
