摘  要:根据机电集成技术的发展趋势,设计了一种新的电致动器,并对其各个主要部件的选择和设计、阀位和转速的控制原则及解决办法进行了较详尽的阐述。首先,将阀门、伺服马达、控制器合为一体,以8031单片机及变频技术实现阀门运动的转速及位置,并可实现阀门精确定位、阀门灵活切换、极限位置判定;其次,电动机的技术问题,如电动机的防护和仿真的信号的绝缘;最后,通过实际应用,证明了其动作迅速,保护完善,易于与电脑通信,并能很好地发挥其电气集成技术的优势。According to the development trend of electromechanical integration technology,a new electric actuator is designed,and the selection and design of various main components,valve position and control principles and speed are elaborated in detail.This mechanism combines valve,servo motor and controller to realize the speed and position of valve movement with 8031 MCU and frequency conversion technology,and can realize precise positioning of valve,flexible switching and limit position determination;Technical problems of motor,such as the protection of motor and the insulation of simulated signals.Through practical application,it is proved that it moves quickly,is well protected,is easy to communicate with computers,and can give full play to the advantages of its electrical integration technology.
