摘　　要：新时代背景下,研究生培养的新政策新要求层出不穷,对高校信息化建设提出了严峻挑战。针对研究生规模快速增长、研究生类别多、管理难度增加、政策举措不到位等问题,研究生信息管理系统的持续性升级和改造、管理系统功能更新是解决问题的有效办法。以地方高校研究生管理为例,通过研究生院管理人员根据工作流理念、自行设计功能流程、公司专业人员开发维护,构建出能不断更新、与时俱进的研究生信息管理系统,以此推进高校信息化建设。Under the background of the new era,new policies and new requirements for postgraduate training emerge in an endless stream,and the era of big data also poses challenges to the informatization construction of colleges and universities.Faced with the rapid growth of postgraduate scale,many types of postgraduates,increased management difficulty,and inadequate policy measures,it is an effective way to solve the problem by using the continuous upgrading and transformation of the postgraduate management system and updating the functions of the management system.Taking the local colleges and universities as an example,through the management staff of the graduate school,according to the workflow concept,self-designed functional processes,and development and maintenance by company professionals,a postgraduate information management system that can be continuously updated and kept pace with the times is constructed to promote information construction of the university.
