摘  要:针对CO_(2)易腐蚀硅酸盐水泥石、破坏水泥石结构完整性、诱发层间封隔失效等问题,本文利用矿渣改性铝酸钙水泥,研究了铝酸钙水泥-矿渣体系在60、80、100、120℃和纯CO_(2)条件下的抗压强度变化规律,并采用X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪和扫描电子显微镜测试了CO_(2)腐蚀对铝酸钙水泥-矿渣体系水化产物及微观结构的影响。结果表明:与纯铝酸钙水泥石相比,矿渣使铝酸钙水泥石水化产物转变为C_(2)ASH_(8),大幅提高了水泥石早期抗压强度。当铝酸钙水泥与矿渣质量比为5∶5时,60℃养护14 d的铝酸钙水泥抗压强度提高了215.4%。经CO_(2)腐蚀后,铝酸钙水泥-矿渣体系水化产物由C_(2)ASH_(8)转变为C_(2)AS,并有CaCO_(3)生成,腐蚀层的致密程度增加,相同温度下水泥石的抗压强度随腐蚀时间增加而增大。In view of the problems that CO_(2) is easy to corrode Portland cement stone,damage the structural integrity of cement stone and induce interlayer sealing failure,this paper uses slag to modify calcium aluminate cement,and studies the change law of compressive strength of calcium aluminate cement-slag system at 60,80,100,120℃and pure CO_(2) conditions.The effect of CO_(2) corrosion on hydration products and microstructure of calcium aluminate cement-slag system were investigated by X-ray diffractometer,thermogravimetric analyzer and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that compared with pure calcium aluminate cement stone,the slag transforms the hydration product of calcium aluminate cement stone into C_(2)ASH_(8),which greatly improves the early compressive strength of cement stone.When the mass ratio of calcium aluminate cement to slag is 5∶5,the compressive strength of calcium aluminate cement increases by 215.4%after curing at 60℃for 14 d.After CO_(2) corrosion,the hydration products of calcium aluminate cement-slag system change from C_(2)ASH_(8) to C_(2)AS,and CaCO_(3) is formed,which increases the density of corrosion layer.The compressive strength of cement stone increases with the increase of corrosion time at same temperature.
