摘 要:作为重要微波介质材料之一,Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷介电性能优良,在微波电路方面得到广泛应用。但Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷的烧结温度较高,制备工序需消耗大量能源。低成本降低烧结温度对Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷的进一步发展具有重要意义。本论文通过MnO_(2)-CuO-TiO_(2)掺杂实现了Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷的低温烧结,并对其烧结行为和微波介电性能进行了研究。结果表明,MnO_(2)、CuO、TiO_(2)的质量分数分别为0.7%、0.5%、0.8%时,复合掺杂可以大幅降低Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷的烧结温度,所获陶瓷具有良好的微波介电性能。在烧结温度为1250℃时,Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷的密度可达3.92 g/cm^(3),介电常数εr=10.02,品质因子与谐振频率的乘积Q×f值为51239 GHz。Ti^(4+)、Mn^(4+)、Cu^(2+)固溶导致Al_(2)O_(3)晶格扭曲活化,以及低共熔物形成是促进Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷低温烧结的原因。Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics is an important microwave dielectric material with excellent dielectric properties and is widely used in microwave circuits.However,its high sintering temperature leads to high energy consumption.Lowering the sintering temperature at a low cost is of great significance for the further development of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics.Low temperature sintering of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics was achieved by doping MnO_(2)-CuO-TiO_(2),and its sintering behavior and microwave dielectric properties were studied.The results show that doping 0.7%(mass fraction)MnO_(2),0.5%(mass fraction)CuO and 0.8%(mass fraction)TiO_(2) can greatly reduce the sintering temperature of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics,and the obtained ceramics have good microwave dielectric properties.When the sintering temperature is 1250℃,the density of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics can reach 3.92 g/cm^(3),the dielectric constantεr is 10.02,and the quality factor Q×f resonant frequency value is 51239 GHz.The lattice distorting activation of Al_(2)O_(3) caused by the solid solution of Ti^(4+),Mn^(4+),Cu^(2+)and the formation of the low eutectic may be the reasons for promoting the low-temperature sintering of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics.
