摘  要:针对供水管网测控点分布广泛、区域跨度大等特点,该文设计开发了供水管网远程监控系统。提出了控制系统的总体方案,完成硬件和软件设计。系统利用4G无线网络,不仅实现了整个供水管网现场运行数据的采集和远程传输,而且还具有远程控制、实时监测、数据分析等功能,是解决集现场数据采集、远程监控、生产调度、决策分析为一体的供水企业生产和管理联动体系的有效方案。运行结果表明,系统运行稳定、可靠,可明显提高供水质量,降低设备维护成本,具有广阔的应用前景。In view of the wide distribution of monitoring and control points and large regional span of water supply network,a remote monitoring and control system for water supply network is designed and developed.The overall scheme of the control system is proposed,and the hardware and software design is completed.Using 4G wireless network,the system not only realizes the collection and remote transmission of the on-site operation data of the entire water supply network,but also has the functions of remote control,real-time monitoring,data analysis and so on.It is an effective solution to the production and management linkage system of water supply enterprises that integrates on-site data collection,remote monitoring,production scheduling,and decision analysis.The operation results show that the system is stable and reliable,can significantly improve the quality of water supply,reduce the cost of equipment maintenance,and has broad application prospects.
