摘　　要：针对山西某顺酐工厂人工巡检存在不规范、数据易错漏缺失等诸多问题,采用我国自主研发的supOS工业互联网平台,利用其低代码、灵活自主的优点开发了顺酐生产智能巡检管理系统。借助supOS平台的组态开发模式,完成了智能巡检系统平台端、移动端和数据库的设计开发,实现了平台端设计巡检计划、下发巡检任务、移动端扫码完成巡检等功能。该系统的成功应用实现了管理制度化、制度流程化、流程标准化的巡检管理,帮助企业降本提效,并助力智能工厂建设。该智能巡检系统适用性强、改造成本低,也可应用于其他传统中小型流程企业。Aiming at the problems of manual inspection in a maleic anhydride factory in Shanxi,such as untimely and irregular inspection,easy error and missing data,etc.An intelligent inspection management system for maleic anhydride production was developed by using supOS industrial Internet platform independently developed in China,taking advantage of its low code and flexibility.With the help of the configuration development mode of supOS platform,the design and development of the platform,mobile terminal and database of intelligent inspection system are completed,and the functions of designing inspection plan on the platform,issuing inspection tasks and scanning code on the mobile terminal to complete inspection are achieved.The successful application of the system has realized the inspection management with institutionalized management,systematic process and standardized process,helped enterprises to reduce costs and improve efficiency,and helped the construction of smart factories.The intelligent inspection system has strong applicability and low reconstruction cost,and can also be applied to other traditional small and medium-sized process enterprises.
