摘　　要：近年来,儿童1型糖尿病发病率呈上升趋势,由于年龄特点、患儿及其家属对疾病认知不足,导致1型糖尿病患儿血糖控制不理想且生存质量较低。当前的护理管理模式主要为家长型模式和自我管理,难以达到预期效果。借助互联网以家庭为中心护理模式可较全面地满足1型糖尿病患儿的护理需求。本文就借助互联网以家庭为中心护理模式在儿童1型糖尿病中的应用进展进行综述,旨在为1型糖尿病患儿获得更好的生存质量提供理论支撑和方法借鉴。In recent years,the incidence of type 1 diabetes mellitus in children has been on the rise.Due to the age characteristics and the lack of awareness of the disease among children and their families,the blood glucose control of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus is not ideal and the quality of life is low.The current nursing management mode is mainly parental mode and self-management,which is difficult to achieve the expected effect.The internet-based family-centered care model can fully meet the nursing needs of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus.This article reviews the application progress of internet-based family-centered nursing model in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus,aiming to provide theoretical support and method reference for children with type 1 diabetes mellitus to obtain better quality of life.
