摘　　要：目的探究硝苯地平联合盐酸利托君用药在预防双胎早产中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月佛山市高明区人民医院收治40例双胎孕妇,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各20例。对照组产妇使用盐酸利托君治疗,观察组产妇采用硝苯地平联合盐酸利托君治疗,对比两组的疗效和新生儿情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率、保胎成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的孕龄延长时间长于对照组,药物显效时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿出生时体重大于对照组,新生儿出生1、3 min的Apgar评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平联合盐酸利托君预防双胎早产的效果显著,可缩短药物显效时间,改善新生儿状态,有借鉴意义和临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the application effect of Nifedipine combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride in preventing premature birth of twins.Methods A total of 40 gravidas with twins admitted to Gaoming District People’s Hospital of Foshan City from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ritodrine Hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Nifedipine combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride.The therapeutic effect and neonatal situation in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment and success rate of fetal protection in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of gestational age prolongation in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the time of drug effect in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The birth weight of neonates in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the Apgar scores of neonates at 1 min and 3 min after birth in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride preventing premature birth of twins has remarkable application effect,which can shorten the time of drug effect and improve the situation of neonates,with reference significance and clinical promotion value.
