摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理干预在小儿颅脑外伤抢救护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月湛江农垦第二医院收治的86例小儿颅脑外伤患儿作为研究对象,采用单双数法分为两组,每组各43例。常规护理组采用常规护理干预,针对护理组采用针对性护理干预,比较两组的颅内压、神经功能、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果针对护理组颅内压、神经功能评分低于常规护理组(P<0.05);针对护理组并发症总发生率低于常规护理组(P<0.05);针对护理组护理总满意率高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预在小儿颅脑外伤抢救护理中应用,能够降低颅内压、神经功能评分、并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in rescue nursing of children with craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 86 children with craniocerebral trauma admitted to the Second Hospital of Zhanjiang Agricultural Reclamation from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by odd and even number method,with 43 cases in each group.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing intervention,and the targeted nursing group was given targeted nursing intervention.The intracranial pressure,neurological function,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The intracranial pressure and neurological function score of the targeted nursing group were lower than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the targeted nursing group was lower than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the targeted nursing group was higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing intervention in the rescue nursing of children with craniocerebral trauma can reduce intracranial pressure,neurological function score,and the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
