中医穴位贴敷联合红藤汤灌肠在慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中医穴位贴敷联合红藤汤灌肠在慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者护理中的应用。方法选取2021年2月至2022年4月济宁市中医院收治的86例CPID患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)与观察组(43例)。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以中医穴位贴敷联合红藤汤灌肠。比较两组临床症状消失时间、证候积分及炎症因子水平。结果观察组各临床症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组白介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位贴敷联合红藤汤灌肠在CPID患者护理中的应用,可辅助改善炎症反应,加速临床症状的缓解,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Hongteng Decoction enema in the nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods A total of 86 CPID patients admitted to Jining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(43 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Hongteng Decoction enema on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,syndrome score and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of interleukin-6,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Hongteng Decoction enema in the nursing of patients with CPID can help improve inflammatory response and accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
