摘　　要：目的探讨无缝隙手术室护理模式在小儿双侧扁桃体等离子消融术中的应用。方法选取2020年2月至2022年11月临沂市中医医院收治的66例行双侧扁桃体等离子消融术的扁桃体炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(33例)和对照组(33例)。研究组予以无缝隙手术室护理模式,对照组予以手术室常规护理。比较两组心理状态、疼痛程度、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组视觉模拟评分法评分及住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙手术室护理模式在小儿双侧扁桃体等离子消融术中的应用可有效改善患儿心理状态和疼痛程度,减少并发症发生风险,缩短住院时间。Objective To investigate the application of seamless operating room nursing mode in plasma ablation of bilateral tonsil in children.Methods A total of 66 children with tonsillitis who underwent plasma ablation of bilateral tonsil in Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to November 2022 were selected and divided into the study group(33 cases)and the control group(33 cases)according to the random number table method.The study group was given seamless operating room nursing mode,and the control group was given routine operating room nursing.The psychological state,pain degree,hospital stay and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale score and hospital stay of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless operating room nursing mode in plasma ablation of bilateral tonsil in children can effectively improve the psychological state and pain degree of children,reduce the risk of complications,and shorten the hos pital stay.
