摘　　要：目的探讨团体游戏辅导方案联合认知行为疗法(CBT)对学龄期肾病综合征(NS)患儿应对方式、焦虑程度及行为问题的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2022年1月聊城市人民医院收治的82例学龄期NS患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(41例)与对照组(41例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用团体游戏辅导方案联合CBT,两组均干预1个月,对两组应对方式、焦虑程度、行为问题进行比较。结果干预后,两组儿童应对方式量表(CODI)评分提高(P<0.05),Spence儿童焦虑量表(SCAS)评分、儿童行为量表(CBCL)评分降低(P<0.05),且观察组CODI评分高于对照组(P<0.05),SCAS、CBCL评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团体游戏辅导方案联合CBT应用于学龄期NS患儿干预中,可改善患儿的应对方式与行为问题,减轻患儿焦虑程度。Objective To explore the effect of group play counseling program combined with cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)on coping style,anxiety level and behavior problems of school-age children with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods A total of 82 school-age children with NS in Liaocheng People’s Hospital from June 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given group play counseling program combined with CBT.Both groups were intervened for one month.The coping style,anxiety level,and behavior problems of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of children coping with a disease(CODI)in both groups were increased(P<0.05),the scores of the Spence children’s anxiety scale(SCAS)and child behavior checklist(CBCL)were decreased(P<0.05),and the score of the CODI in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of SCAS and CBCL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group play counseling program combined with CBT applied to school-age children with NS can improve coping style and behavi oral problems,and reduce the anxiety level of children.
