摘  要:电子加速器的屏蔽设计主要通过经验公式、蒙特卡罗模拟以及工程实践经验等方法确定。不同经验公式计算结果存在差异,经验公式与蒙特卡罗模拟的结果也存在差异,这将影响屏蔽设计的准确性,需要明确差异的来源并对两种方法进行补充修正。本文以合肥先进光源(Hefei Advanced Light Facility,HALF)锯齿墙屏蔽为研究对象,说明了不同方法得出的结果有较大差异,通过进一步计算不同能量的电子作用于不同靶产生的剂量分布,分析不同方法计算结果差异的来源并更新了蒙特卡罗模型。利用更新的模型重新计算电子储存环的辐射剂量,并给出了与经验公式计算相近的结果。研究表明,经验公式比蒙特卡罗方法更保守;结果差异主要来源于轫致辐射;可以针对不同的需要使用不同的经验公式。The shielding design of electron accelerators is primarily determined through methods such as empirical formulas,Monte Carlo simulations,and engineering practices.Different empirical formulas can yield varying results,and there are also differences between empirical formulas and Monte Carlo simulations.These differences can affect the accuracy of the shielding design,necessitating a clear understanding of their origins and supplementary adjustments to both methods.In this study,the sawtooth wall shielding of the Hefei Advanced Light Facility(HALF)is taken as the research subject,demonstrating significant differences in results obtained from different methods.Further calculations are performed on the dose distribution resulting from electron interactions with different targets at different energies.The sources of differences in calculation results from various methods are analyzed,and the Monte Carlo model is updated accordingly.By utilizing the updated model,the radiation dose of the electron storage ring is recalculated,yielding results similar to those obtained from empirical formulas.The study indicates that empirical formulas are more conservative compared to the Monte Carlo method.The differences in results primarily stem from bremsstrahlung radiation,and different empirical formulas can be used based on specific needs.
