摘  要:从自然界中筛选出高效降解大分子蛋白质菌株,对其促生长及拮抗特性进行研究,为生产富含氨基酸的多功能生物菌肥提供生物资源。菌株LYT-1从发酵油桐粕中分离所得,通过菌落形态观察、生理生化表征及16S rRNA分析对其进行系统鉴定,从蛋白质降解、产吲哚乙酸(IAA)、产氨和解磷等方面对其促生长特性进行评价,利用油茶炭疽病菌、亚麻立枯病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌、油菜菌核病菌、亚麻炭疽病菌等5种病原菌检测其拮抗病原菌能力。结果表明:菌株LYT-1为具有高效降解蛋白质和解磷能力的枯草芽孢杆菌,其对黄瓜枯萎病菌和亚麻炭疽病菌的抑制效果最显著,抑菌圈直径分别为21.6 mm和18.6 mm。菌株LYT-1具有高效降解蛋白质、促生长和拮抗病原菌等特性,可用于富含蛋白质油料饼粕的高值化利用和其他植物病害的防治。In order to provide biological resources to produce multifunctional amino acid microbial fertilizer,human strains with high efficiency degradation of macromolecular proteins were screened from nature,and their growth promotion and antagonistic properties were studied.The multifunctional biostrain LYT-1 was screened from fermented Vernicia fordii meal,and was identified by colony morphology,physiological-biochemical characterization,and 16S rRNA analysis.Its growth promoting properties were evaluated in terms of indoleacetic acid(IAA) production,ammonia production,and phosphorus solubilization.The antagonistic ability of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Rhizoctonia solani,Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumebrium Owen,Sclerotinia scleratiorum,and Colletotrichum linicolum were tested.The results were shown that strain LYT-1 was a protein-degrading and ammonia-producing Bacillus subtilis.It had the most significant inhibition effect on Fusarium oxysporum.sp.cucumebrium Owen and Colletotrichum linicolum,with the inhibition zone diameters of 21.6 mm and 18.6 mm,respectively.Strain LYT-1 has the characteristics of high protein degradation,growth promotion,and antagonism against pathogens,and can be used for high value utilization of Alupnia oleifera and control of other plant diseases.
