摘 要:为掌握红腹锦鸡在湖南高望界国家级自然保护区的活动节律及生境选择规律,本文利用网格和样线相结合的方法,于2021年3月-2022年3月,在湖南高望界国家级自然保护区设置了87台红外相机,对拍摄红腹锦鸡的照片和视频进行统计。利用单因素方差分析和多因素方差分析的方法对红腹锦鸡的生境选择偏好和日活动规律进行了分析,结果显示:(1)红腹锦鸡为昼行性动物,不同季节的日活动节律呈波峰型,但活动强度无显著差异。(2)红腹锦鸡在不同季节对生境的偏好不同,春季红腹锦鸡主要偏向对乔木盖度、灌木层盖度和坡向的生境选择,夏季主要偏向于对乔木平均胸径和坡位的生境选择,秋季主要偏向对灌木盖度的生境选择,冬季主要偏向于对乔木层盖度和灌木层盖度的生境选择。(3)红腹锦鸡在不同季节对同一生境因子的选择不同,其在春季与冬季的坡向和灌木层均高生境选择上均存在显著差异,在春季偏向半阳坡和灌木层较高的生境,冬季更倾向于阳坡和灌木层较低的生境,其他季节间各生境选择上均无显著差异。In order to obtain the activity rhythm and habitat selection rules of Chrysolophus pictus in Hunan Gaowangjie National Nature Reserve,the combination of grid and sample line were utilized to set up 87 infrared cameras in the reserve from March 2021 to March 2022,taking photos and videos of Chrysolophus pictus.The habitat selection preference and daily activity pattern of Chrysolophus pictus were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance and multi-factor analysis of variance.The results were shown that:(1)Chrysolophus pictus is a typical diurnal animal,ad the daily activity rhythm of different seasons was wavy,but there was no significant difference in activity intensity.(2)Habitat factors influenced the habitat selection variation of Chrysolophus pictus with season changing.In spring,Chrysolophus pictus manly preferred habitat selection of tree coverage,shrub coverage,and slope direction.In summer,the habitat selection was mainly selected towards the average DBH and slope position of trees.In autumn,the habitat selection of shrub coverage was the man option.In winter,the habitat selection of tree layer coverage ad shrub layer coverage was selected.(3)The selection of the same habitat factors in different seasons was different.There were significant differences in habitat selection between mid-slope ad shrub layer in spring and winter.In spring,it tended to be semi-sunny slope ad higher shrub layer,while it tended to be sunny slope ad lower shrub layer in winter.There was no significant difference in haitat selection in the other seasons.
