摘 要:用X射线衍射仪、元素分析仪和扫描电子显微镜等研究了微波脱除聚丙烯腈(PAN)薄膜中残留二甲基亚砜(DMSO)的工艺,分析了微波功率和处理时间对DMSO的脱除效果、PAN薄膜的微观结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着微波处理功率的提高或微波处理时间的延长,PAN中的DMSO残留量不断降低,PAN薄膜的结晶度呈先下降后上升的趋势,晶粒尺寸不断增加,PAN薄膜的微孔孔径显著减小,拉伸强度总体上升、断裂伸长率下降。经540 W的微波处理4 min后的PAN薄膜的拉伸强度达到21.36 MPa,较初始薄膜提升46.5%,PAN薄膜内部平均孔径减小,整体结构更加致密。The microwave removing process of residual dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)from polyacrylonitrile(PAN)films was studied using X⁃ray diffraction,elemental analysis,and scanning electron microscopy.The effects of microwave power and processing time on the DMSO removal efficiency,microstructure,and mechanical properties of PAN films were analyzed.The experimental results indicated that the residual amount of DMSO in PAN continued to decrease with an increase in the microwave processing power and microwave processing time.The crystallinity of PAN film tended to decrease at first and then increased.Meanwhile,the grain size continued to increase,the micropore size of PAN film de⁃creased significantly,the overall tensile strength increased,and the elongation at break decreased.After treated with 540 W microwave for 4 minutes,the tensile strength of the PAN film reached 21.36 MPa,which was 46.5%higher than that of the initial film.The average pore size inside the PAN film decreased and the overall structure became denser.
