摘  要:研究了不同矿物掺合料掺量和掺加方式下,C60自密实钢管混凝土的流动性和流变性,采用数值分析方法研究了T_(500)、倒坍时间及扩展度与混凝土流变性的关系曲线。结果表明:相比于单掺粉煤灰,双掺粉煤灰和矿粉体系拌合物具有更好的流动性,且随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,拌合物的流动性越好;在双掺的基础上加入硅灰,会降低混凝土拌合物的流动性,且硅灰掺量越大降低效果越明显;混凝土的塑性粘度和屈服应力与扩展度呈线性关系,塑性粘度和屈服应力与T_(500)和倒坍时间呈非线性关系,可以用Boltzmann(玻尔兹曼)方程进行表征。After studying the amount and addition of different mineral doping materials,uses the liquidity and fluidity of the C60 self-compacting steel tubular concrete to study the relationship curve of T_(500),collapse time and extension and concrete flow degeneration,and uses numerical analysis methods.The results show that compares to single fly ash,the mixture of double fly ash and mineral powder system has better flowability,and the flowability of the mixture increases with the increase of fly ash production.Adding silica fume on the basis of double mixing will reduce the fluidity of the concrete mixture,and the greater the amount of silica fume added,the more obvious the reduction effect.The plastic viscosity and yield stress of concrete exhibit a linear relationship with elongation,while the plastic viscosity and yield stress exhibit a nonlinear relationship with T_(500) and collapse time,which can be characterized by the Boltzmann equation.
