“一气周流”理论在津沽小儿推拿治疗慢性 迁延性腹泻中的应用

摘　　要：慢性迁延性腹泻是临床常见病、多发病,该病以“脾失健运,脾肾阳虚”为主要病机,黄元御的《四圣心源》提出:“左路木火升发,右路金水敛降,中焦土气斡旋”的“一气周流”理论,该理论认为“中焦脾土”的升降枢纽作用,促成了一气周流的动力,中气的斡旋带动脏腑的正常功能。津沽小儿推拿作为慢性迁延性腹泻的治疗手段之一,借助手法调节中焦脾胃,进而有助于气机升降、健脾助运,达到调治慢性迁延性腹泻的目的。因此,可以从“温阳健脾、调畅气机”角度重新思考津沽小儿推拿治疗慢性迁延性腹泻的理论内涵。Chronic persistent diarrhea is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinical practice.The main pathogenesis of this disease is“spleen failure and yang deficiency of spleen and kidney”.Huang Yuanyu’s Si Sheng Xin Yuan puts forward the theory of“one qi circulation”,which is“wood fire rises on the left side,metal water converges on the right side,and earth qi mediates in the middle energizer”.This theory believes that the role of the lifting hub of“spleen soil in the middle energizer”promotes the power of one qi circulation,and the mediation of the middle energizer drives the normal function of the zang fu organs.As one of the treatment methods for chronic persistent diarrhea,Jingu pediatric tuina can regulate the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer by means of manipulation,thereby contributing to the lifting and lowering of qi,strengthening the spleen and helping the movement,so as to achieve the purpose of regulating and treating chronic persistent diarrhea.Therefore,we can rethink the theoretical connotation of the treatment of chronic persistent diarrhea by Jingu pediatric tuina from the perspective of“warming the yang and strengthening the spleen,and regulating the qi”.
