摘　　要：在国家大力推进新型基础设施建设和水务高质量发展的大背景下,南方某自来水公司目前共计完成10座加压站无人值守智慧化改造建设,建立“无人值守+巡检”相结合的运行管理模式,进一步借力供水智慧化提升科学管理水平。通过实施加压站无人值守改造,运用物联网、大数据、BIM等先进技术,实现集中管理、远程监控、智能化预警。同时对加压站运营、应急等方面进行管理创新改革,提升智能化运行及管理水平,实现降本增效。本文致力探索代表国内智慧水务运营一流水平的加压站管理新模式,打造具有城市特色的“加压站无人值守”品牌,争取建立供水行业加压站无人值守标准,向华南乃至全国供水企业推广“加压站无人值守智慧化改造”方案,助力百年企业出新出彩。Against the backdrop of vigorously promoting the construction of new infrastructure and high-quality development of water services in Guangzhou,Guangzhou Water Supply Co.,Ltd.has completed a total of 10 unmanned and intelligent transformation and construction of pressure stations,establishing a combination of"unmanned and patrol"operation and management mode,and further leveraging intelligent water supply to improve scientific management level.Through the implementation of unattended transformation of the booster station,the Internet of Things,Big data,BIM and other advanced technologies are used to achieve centralized management,remote monitoring,and intelligent early warning.At the same time,we will carry out innovative management reforms in the operation and emergency response of the pressure station,improve the level of intelligent operation and management,and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.The company is committed to exploring a new management model for pressure stations that represents the first-class level of smart water operation in China,creating a"unmanned pressure station"brand with the characteristics of Guangzhou tap water,striving to establish an unmanned pressure station standard in the water supply industry,promoting the"unmanned intelligent transformation"plan for pressure stations to water supply enterprises in South China and even the whole country,and helping century old enterprises shine.
