摘 要:埃及列当寄生番茄会严重降低番茄的产量和品质,因此亟需一套针对列当的高效防治技术。以诱抗剂锦苗标靶为材料,采用建立培养皿寄生体系方法,研究施用锦苗标靶对埃及列当瘤节数和瘤节褐变率的影响。结果表明,在培养皿寄生体系中,埃及列当种子可萌发并寄生到番茄根系中,种子萌发率达89.2%以上,寄生瘤节数最低达36.2个/皿。浓度筛选确定1∶1000为锦苗标靶的最佳施用浓度。在番茄品种屯河17和1118上的防效试验结果表明,施用锦苗标靶后,番茄根系寄生的瘤节数分别减少67.74%和69.35%,瘤节褐变坏死率分别增加35.57%和40.97%。表明培养皿寄生体系中锦苗标靶能有效防治埃及列当对番茄的寄生。Orobanche aegyptiaca parasitized into tomato could seriously reduce the yield and quality of tomato.Therefore,a set of efficient control techniques urgently needed.Effects of Jinmiao target on the number of nodules and the nodules browning rate of O.aegyptiaca were studied in the culture dish parasitic system.The results showed that O.aegyptiaca seeds could germinate and parasitize into tomato root,the seed germination rate reached 89.2%,and the number of parasitic nodules reached 36.2 st per dish.After concentration screening,1∶1000 was the best application concentration of Jinmiao target.The results of control effects of Tunhe 17 and 1118 showed that after the application of Jinmiao target,the number of parasitic nodules in tomato root decreased by 67.74%and 69.35%,and nodules browning rate increased by 35.57%and 40.97%,respectively.It indicated that Jinmiao target could play an efficient role in the control on O.aegyptiaca parasitizing into tomato in the dish parasitic system.
