摘  要:为探明除草剂44%单嘧·扑灭津可湿性粉剂(WP)对张杂谷10号和晋谷21号苗期生理代谢的影响,通过大田试验在其3叶期喷施不同剂量的44%单嘧·扑灭津WP,研究粟叶片光合色素含量、可溶性糖(SS)含量、可溶性蛋白(SP)含量以及硝酸还原酶(NR)活性对除草剂胁迫的响应。结果表明,张杂谷10号和晋谷21号的光合色素含量变化趋势一致,且光合色素含量随44%单嘧·扑灭津WP剂量的增加而下降,随时间的延长有所上升。张杂谷10号和晋谷21号的SS含量和SP含量随44%单嘧·扑灭津WP剂量的增加先上升后下降。NR活性随44%单嘧·扑灭津WP剂量的增加而呈下降趋势,随时间的延长有所上升。相关性分析表明:张杂谷10号的类胡萝卜素(Car)含量和NR活性与44%单嘧·扑灭津WP剂量显著负相关(P<0.05),SP含量则与胁迫时间极显著负相关(P<0.01),叶绿素b(Chlb)含量与胁迫时间极显著正相关。晋谷21号的叶绿素a含量和NR活性与44%单嘧·扑灭津WP剂量显著负相关(P<0.05),Car含量与44%单嘧·扑灭津WP剂量极显著负相关(P<0.01),叶绿素a+b含量与胁迫时间极显著正相关(P<0.01)。综上,当44%单嘧·扑灭津WP剂量≤1800 g/hm^(2)时,44%单嘧·扑灭津WP对张杂谷10号和晋谷21号幼苗的伤害较小,粟可以维持正常生理活动。The field experiment was conducted to study effect of monosulfuron·propazine 44%WP on physiological metabolism of Setaria italica at seedling stage.We used Jingu 21 and Zhangzagu 10 as materials,sprayed monosulfuron·propazine 44%WP with different concentrations at 3-leaf stage,and detected photosynthetic pigments content,soluble sugar(SS)content,soluble protein(SP)content and nitrate reductase(NR)activity of leaves.Results showed that the change trends in photosynthetic pigments content of Zhangza 10 and Jingu 21 were consistent,and photosynthetic pigments content and NR activity decreased with the increasing of monosulfuron·propazine 44%WP concentration but increased with prolonged time.SS content and SP content of Zhangza 10 and Jingu 21 increased firstly and then reduced with the increasing of monosulfuron·propazine 44%WP concentration.Correlation analysis showed that Car content and NR activity of Zhangza 10 and Chla content and NR activity of Jingu 21 were significantly negative correlated with the dosage of monosulfuron·propazine 44%WP(P<0.05);SP content of Zhangza 10 was most significantly negative correlated with stress time(P<0.01);Chlb content of Zhangza 10 and Chl(a+b)content of Jingu 2 were positively correlated with the stress time;Car content of Jingu 2 was most negatively correlated with the dosage of monosulfuron·propazine 44%WP(P<0.01).In summary,the damage of monosulfuron·propazine 44%WP at the dosage of no more than 1800 g/hm^(2)to the seedlings of Zhangzagu 10 and Jingu 21 was less,while S.italica could maintain normal physiological activities.
