摘  要:测色仪器的重复性是评价仪器性能最重要的指标之一。基于ASTM E2214-20标准及相关研究,选取了19个评价仪器重复性的指标,对6台国内外测色仪器的重复性进行了评价。测量了短、中、长期共计120×6=720组数据,采用排序与归一化处理方法,对比了测色仪器的重复性以及19个指标评价重复性的一致性。结果显示:4台高精度分光测色仪的重复性很好;RMS R指标计算简便,且与其他所有指标一致性最高。对于测色仪器无法测得反射率的情况,可采用V XYZ、V LAB这两个指标进行仪器重复性的评价。The repeatability of spectrophotometer is one of the most important indicators to evaluate the performance of the instrument.Based on ASTM E2214-20 standard and the related research,19 indicators were selected to evaluate the repeatability of 6 color measuring instrument at home and abroad in this paper.A total of 120×6=720 groups of short,medium and long term data were measured,and the repeatability of the instruments and the consistency of 19 indicators were compared by using the method of rank order and normalization.The results show that the 4 high-precision spectrophotometers have good repeatability,the RMS R is easy to be calculated and has the highest consistency with all other indicators.For the case that the reflectance cannot be measured by the instrument,the 2 indicators V XYZ and V LAB can be used for evaluating the repeatability of the instrument.
