摘 要:企业慈善是企业履行社会责任的重要体现,是我国慈善基金的主要来源之一,是调节贫富差距,实现社会财富第三次分配,推进全体人民共同富裕的重要手段。但是,当前我国企业慈善的发展道路仍困难重重,社会责任感缺失、战略慈善意识不强、政策法规不健全、慈善组织影响力不够等都制约着我国企业慈善事业的发展。因此,为了更好促进企业慈善事业的长远发展,要进一步强化企业公民意识、培育企业慈善文化、完善企业慈善相关政策法规和舆论环境,推动企业与慈善组织深入合作,将共同富裕理念融入企业战略,将企业慈善融入国家现代化战略。Corporate philanthropy is an important embodiment of corporate social responsibility,one of the main sources of China’s charity fund,and an important means to adjust the gap between the rich and the poor,realize the third distribution of social wealth,and promote the common prosperity of all people.However,at present,the development of corporate philanthropy in China is still facing many problems,and the weak sense of social responsibility,the lack of strong awareness of strategic philanthropy,the imperfection of relevant laws and regulations,and the insufficient influence of charitable organizations all restrict the development of corporate philanthropy in China to a certain extent.Therefore,in order to better promote the long-term development of corporate philanthropy,it is necessary to further strengthen the awareness of corporate citizenship,cultivate the culture of corporate philanthropy,improve the laws and regulations and public opinion environment of corporate philanthropy,promote in-depth cooperation between enterprises and charitable organizations,integrate the concept of common prosperity into corporate strategies,and integrate corporate philanthropy into national modernization strategies.
