摘　　要：2022年1月1日,区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)正式生效。现阶段,中国与RCEP成员国之间的贸易往来越来越密切,在贸易上呈现出较强的互补性。因此,在中美贸易摩擦不断升级的外部环境下,RCEP正式生效将对中国对外贸易、区域经济、投资与人民币国际化和产业结构等方面产生积极影响,有助于货物贸易更加自由化和便利化,有助于加快后疫情时代服务贸易恢复发展和多元化贸易战略的实施,促进区域经济发展,改善外商对华投资,加快人民币国际化进程;有利于国内产业结构调整。但同时,国内企业将面临产业调整的挑战。On January 1,2022,the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)entered into force.At the present stage,trade between China and RCEP member countries is getting closer,showing strong complementarity in trade.Therefore,in the external environment of escalating trade frictions between China and the US,the formal entry into force of RCEP will have a positive impact on China’s foreign trade,regional economy,investment,RMB internationalization and industrial structure.It will help further liberalize and facilitate trade in goods,accelerate the recovery of trade in services in the post COVID-19 era and implement a diversified trade strategy;promote regional economic development;improve the situation of foreign investment in China and accelerate the internationalization of RMB;be conducive to domestic industrial restructuring.But at the same time,domestic enterprises will face the challenge of industrial adjustment.
