摘 要:天然气通过分子筛脱水是一种变温吸附工艺,装填分子筛的干燥塔在正常运行时吸附与再生工况交替运行。其中再生工况又分为热吹与冷吹过程。在吸附工况,干燥塔温度压力不变,壁厚方向温度分布均匀,且干燥塔可自由热膨胀,因此不会产生明显的热应力。但在再生工况的温度瞬态变化过程中,干燥塔壁厚方向热量传递不及时,产生明显的温度梯度,从而产生瞬态热应力。因此,变温吸附干燥塔的强度与疲劳计算必须考虑热瞬态的影响。文章利用ANSYS软件按照JB 4732—1995(2005年确认版)的要求对某天然气脱水干燥塔卸料孔进行了强度计算、热瞬态计算、安定性与疲劳计算。计算结果表明,变温过程的热瞬态作用在卸料孔壁厚方向和不连续区域产生了明显的热应力,并对安定性和疲劳计算结果产生了显著影响。Dehydration of natural gas through molecular sieve is a kind of TSA process,the drying tower filled with molecular sieves operates alternately in adsorption and regeneration conditions during normal operation.The regeneration condition can be divided into hot blowing and cold blowing.Under the adsorption condition,the temperature and pressure of the drying tower remain unchanged,the temperature distribution along the wall thickness direction is uniform,and the drying tower can expand freely,so there is no obvious thermal stress.However,in the process of temperature transient changing under regeneration condition,the heat in the direction of the wall thickness of the drying tower can’t transfer immediately,resulting in obvious temperature gradient and transient thermal stress.Therefore,the strength and fatigue calculation of the TSA drying tower must consider the thermal transient effecting.In this paper,ANSYS software is used to calculate the strength,thermal transient,stability and fatigue of the discharge hole of a natural gas dehydration and drying tower according to the requirements of JB 4732-1995(2005 version).The results show that the thermal transient effect of the temperature changing process produces obvious thermal stress in the direction of the wall thickness and discontinuous region of the discharge hole,and has a significant impact on the stability and fatigue calculation results.
