摘 要:为充分落实高校“双一流”建设目标和教师绩效考核改革的系列要求,按照“双一流”师资队伍建设的基本要求“师德为先、教学为要、科研为基、发展为本”,将教师绩效评价机制分解为“教书育人、科学研究、决策支持和社会合作”四大考察维度。以“四维度”分析框架和量化考核法为依据,对高校教师的师德师风、教学水平、科研能力、成果转化及社会影响等一系列具体绩效评价制度进行系统性重构,力图使其与“双一流”师资队伍建设的基本要求和人才培养目标相一致。For the full implementation of the construction of Double First-class target and series for the reform of teacher performance evaluation,in accordance with the basic requirement of the Double First-class teachers such as“ethics as the precondition,teaching as the importance,scientific research as the base,and development as the foundation”,the teachers’performance evaluation mechanism can be decomposed into four dimensions such as the teaching,scientific research,public decision support and social cooperation.With the“four dimensions”analysis framework and the quantitative evaluation method,the performance evaluation system can be systematically reconstructed on the basis of the teacher’s ethics,capacity of teaching,scientific research ability,achievements and social impact,so that we can meet the basic requirement of Double First-class teachers construction and talents training targets.
