摘　　要：“房屋建筑学”是学生在学习土木工程专业过程中较早接触的专业课程,课程涉及的专业要求和构造做法较多,而学生对专业概念掌握的程度较弱。因此,以工程为背景,利用实际工程相关规范、设计及施工中的具体做法,全面系统地构建“房屋建筑学”的理论教学体系和实践教学体系。理论结合实践的教学方式可以使学生更容易接受。同时,借助BIM技术及其他教学平台的教学模块和资料模块,实现课程的辅助教学和线上线下教学,使学生更全面、更直观地接触专业知识,掌握专业知识,锻炼专业技能。Building architecture is a professional course that civil engineering students come into contact with earlier in the learning process,when students’professional concept is not strong,while the course involves many professional requirements and structural practices.Therefore,we can take the project as the background and make use of the specific practices in the specifications,comprehensively and systematically build the theoretical knowledge system and practical system of building architecture.The teaching method of combining theory with practice can make it easier for students to accept.At the same time,with the help of BIM Technology and the teaching modules and data modules of other teaching platforms,the auxiliary teaching and online and offline teaching of the course are realized,so that students can comprehensively and intuitively contact professional knowledge,master professional knowledge and exercise professional skills.
