摘　　要：新技术的发展对技能型人才的知识与能力结构提出了新要求,面向应用的专业硕士学历层次培养在一定程度上能够应对这样的需求。新技术背景下,高层次技能人才需要充分的知识储备、学习能力、整合能力及协同管理能力,但在专业硕士培养模式、师资队伍、协同学习等方面存在的结构性问题仍严重制约其能力的提高。实施基于问题导向的系统化理论知识教学,开展有深度的校企融合实践培养,实现跨学科与专业的协同教学,是解决培养问题的有效途径。The development of new technology has put forward new requirements for the knowledge and ability structure of skilled talents.To some extent,the application oriented professional master’s degree level training can meet such requirements.Under the background of new technology,high-level skilled talents need sufficient knowledge reserve,learning ability,integration ability and collaborative management ability.However,structural problems in professional master training mode,teaching staff,collaborative learning and other aspects still seriously restrict their ability improvement.The effective way to solve the training problem is to implement systematic theoretical knowledge teaching based on problem orientation,carry out in-depth school enterprise integration practice training,and achieve interdisciplinary and professional collaborative teaching.
