摘　　要：加强综合型、复合型、创新型、应用型、技术技能型现代消防应急人才培养是新时期高职建筑消防技术专业的人才培养目标。通过深刻理解新时代高质量创新人才培养的意义,深入分析建筑消防技术专业特点,提出将传统消防与智慧消防相结合的高职建筑消防技术专业课程体系建设方案,在“双高专业群”建设基础上,实施“岗课赛证”融通、产教融合育人培养模式,促进高质量、全方位、深层次创新人才培养体系的构建,为推动现代消防应急产业发展提供有力的人才支撑。Strengthening the training of versatile,innovative,technical and skilled modern fire emergency personnel is the objective of personnel training for architectural fire protection technology in the new period.Based on the profound understanding of the significance of high-quality innovative talents cultivation in the new era,and in-depth analysis of the characteristics of architectural fire protection technology of higher vocational education,this paper puts forward curriculum system for architectural fire protection technology that combines traditional fire protection and intelligent fire protection.On the basis of“double-high professional group”construction,talent training patterns are implemented that integrate post and course with competition and certificate,and integrate vocational education with industry,in order to promote the construction of high quality,all-round,deep innovative personnel training system and to provide adequate talents for promoting the development of modern fire protection emergency industry.
