摘 要:以钢渣砂部分替代天然砂制备钢渣砂浆,研究钢渣是否碳化及掺量对水泥基砂浆力学性能、干燥收缩性能及抗冻性能的影响。研究结果表明:满足砂浆安定性要求,碳化处理可将钢渣最大掺量由30%提高到45%;随着钢渣掺量的增加,砂浆的后期力学性能、干燥收缩性能及抗冻性能逐渐提升;碳化钢渣掺量为45%时,砂浆强度及耐久性指标均达到最佳且优于天然砂浆;碳化处理后钢渣表面形成致密碳酸钙会填充钢渣孔隙,在宏观上表现为碳化钢渣砂浆的性能更优于未碳化钢渣砂浆。In this study,steel slag mortar was prepared by partially replacing natural sand with steel slag sand,and the effect of steel slag carbonation and dosing on the mechanical properties,drying shrinkage properties and frost resistance of cement-based mortar were investigated.The results show that carbonization treatment allows the maximum mixing amount of steel slag to be increased from 30%to 45%and ensures the stability of mortar;with the increase of steel slag dosing,the late mechanical properties and durability of the mortar gradually improve;at 45%of carbonized steel slag,the strength and durability indexes of mortar are optimal and better than natural mortar;and a layer of dense calcium carbonate is formed on the surface of the carbonized steel slag,which fills the pores in steel slag and makes the carbonized steel slag mortar perform better than uncarbonized steel slag mortar on the macro level.
