摘 要:分析油管柱煤粉颗粒群体随水流运移特性对提高电潜螺杆泵的可靠性和保障煤系天然气井连续稳定排采具有重要意义。综合大浓度、低流速和低黏度等多因素影响,把管柱内流固耦合作用和煤粉颗粒运移动力学统一起来,建立适用于电潜螺杆泵油管柱水粉两相双流体运移数学模型及其求解方程,从而更全面和准确地分析煤粉粒径、两相流速和油管内径对水流携煤粉运移特性的影响。结果表明:电潜螺杆泵油管柱煤粉颗粒群体随水流沿径向整体呈现抛物线运移特征,且煤粉固相运移速度要小于井液流动速度,煤粉随水流朝上运移主要分布于管柱中心区域,随两相流量的增大,煤粉固相运移速度不断提升且排出量先是显著增加而后两相流量升至一定阈值后排出量增加趋势逐渐减弱,合理选取筛缝控制煤粉粒径同时采用衬管减小管柱内径可有效提高煤粉排出量。Analyzing the migration characteristics of coal particles flowing with water in tubing string is of great significance to improve the reliability of electric submersible screw pump and ensure the continuous and stable drainage and production of coal measures natural gas wells.Considering the influence of many factors such as high concentration,low flow rate and low viscosity,the fluid-solid interaction in the tubing string and the kinetics of coal particle movement are unified in this study,and a mathematical model of water-coal two phase dual fluid transport in the tubing string of the electric submarine screw pump and its solution equation are established,so as to analyze more comprehensively and accurately the influence of coal particle size,two-phase flow rate and tubing internal diameter on the characteristics of coal particles moving with water.The results show that the pulverized coal group of the tubing string in the electric submarine screw pump exhibits the parabolic trans-port characteristics along the radial direction with the water flow,and migration velocity of pulverized coal is smaller than that of well liquid.The upward migration of pulverized coal with the water flow is mainly distributed in the central area of the string.With the increase of two-phase flow rate,the migration velocity of pulverized coal increases continuously,and the discharge of pulverized coal increases significantly at first,and then the increase trend of discharge decreases gradually after the two-phase flow rate rises to a certain threshold.Rea-sonable selection of sieve seam to control the particle size of pulverized coal and the use of liners to reduce the inner diameter of the tubing string can effectively improve the discharge of pulverized coal.
