摘　　要：传统的反坦克导弹测试系统大多通过大量的仪器零散拼凑,操作仪器过多,测试过程繁琐。为了克服以上不足,某导弹测试系统应用虚拟仪器技术、数据采集技术以及LXI和USB总线等技术,以通用计算机为核心控制器,辅以以太网LXI总线的多个程控电源、USB CAN通信板、USB RS422通信板、USB-HUB、USB视频采集板、USB模拟采集板、串口继电器板、信号调理板等构建设备的硬件系统;系统采用LabVIEW开发软件,采用多线程和JKI状态机的架构设计,系统能自动完成对某反坦克导弹的测试流程,采集导弹的测试数据并给出导弹测试的分析结果,也能回放所有数据的曲线。通过多次的测试试验证明,基于LXI和USB的某导弹测试系统工作稳定,操作简单,测试效率高,能自动、可靠地完成某导弹的测试,满足设计要求。The traditional anti-tank missile test system was mostly pieced together by a large number of instruments,the operations of instruments were too many,and the test process was complicated.In order to overcome the above shortcomings,a missile test system adopted virtual instrument technology,data acquisition technology,LXI and USB bus technology and so on,took a general computer as the core controller,supplemented by multiple programmable power supplies of Ethernet LXI bus,USB CAN communication board,USB RS4222 communication board,USB-HUB,USB video capture board,USB analog acquisition board,serial relay board,signal conditioning board,etc.to build the hardware system of the equipment.The software of the equipment was developed on the LabVIEW platform,the software adopted the programming architecture of multithreading and JKI state machines,and the system could automatically complete the testing process of an anti-tank missile,acquire all the missile test data,and automatically give the analysis results of the missile,at the same time,it could also play back all the data curves.Through many tests of the missile,it was proved that an anti-tank missile test system based on LXI and USB worked stably,the operation was simply,and the test efficiency was high.It could automatically and reliably complete the test of an antitank missile,so as to meet the design requirements of the system.
