摘　　要：本论文以互联网+背景下的高校专利转化为研究对象,探讨了竞争情报分析在提升高校专利转化效率和成功率方面的策略应用。通过分析市场需求、竞争态势和技术趋势等方面的竞争情报,结合互联网技术,构建开放式创新平台、跨学科合作团队,运用大数据和人工智能技术,建立创新生态系统,强化知识产权保护与管理,以及建立网络推广和营销渠道等策略,旨在促进高校专利转化的提升。研究发现,互联网+竞争情报分析策略能够更好地引导高校专利创新成果向市场转化,推动创新资源的共享与合作,提升专利转化的成功率和商业化效果。This paper takes the university patent transformation under the background of Internet+as the research object,and explores the strategic application of competitive intelligence analysis in improving the efficiency and success rate of university patent transformation.By analyzing competitive intelligence in aspects such as market demand,competitive situation,and technological trends,combined with Internet technology,building an open innovation platform and interdisciplinary cooperation team,and using strategies such as big data and artificial intelligence technology,it aims to promote the improvement of university patent transformation.The research found that Internet+competitive intelligence analysis strategies can better guide the transformation of university patent innovation achievements into the market,promote the sharing and cooperation of innovative resources,and improve the success rate and commercialization effect of patent transformation.
