摘　　要：水镁石为天然无机阻燃剂,为研究在造纸中的应用情况,选用水镁石矿物研磨加工成两种不同细度的粉体,粗细度粉体在纸张抄造过程中作为填料制备阻燃原纸,另一细度粉体与磷氮系阻燃剂配制成水分散阻燃液,阻燃原纸采用浸渍法制备成阻燃纸,测试阻燃纸的阻燃性能和物理性能,为阻燃纸选用阻燃剂提供参考。Brucite is a natural inorganic flame retardant.In order to study the application of brucite in papermaking,two kinds of powder with different fineness were processed by grinding brucite.In the process of paper manufacturing,the coarse powder is used as filler to prepare flame retardant base paper,and the other fine powder is prepared into water dispersion flame retardant liquid with phosphorus and nitrogen type flame retardant.Flame retardant base paper was prepared by impregnation with flame retardant liquid.Testing the flame retardant and physical properties of flame retardant paper can provide reference for selecting flame retardant for flame retardant paper.
