摘  要:对沿海松、本地松、俄罗斯白松和柳杉四种针叶材的纤维形态、相对密度进行分析,研究低打浆度下浆料物理强度和透气度的变化趋势。柳杉纤维长度最长,其次是沿海松,最短的为本地松;柳杉和俄罗斯白松原浆物理强度优于沿海松和本地松。四种针叶木浆料在低于20°SR打浆区间内,透气度随着打浆度的提高下降幅度较大,在生产透气度要求高的纸产品时,沿海松表现最为优秀。In this paper,fiber morphology and relative density of four softwood species,coastal pine,local pine,Russian white pine and cryptomeria,were analyzed to study the trends of physical strength and air permeability of pulps at low beating degrees.Cryptomeria had the longest fiber length,followed by coastal pine and local pine;the physical strength of cryptomeria and Russian white pine pulps was better than that of coastal pine and local pine.At pulping degrees below 20oSR,the air permeability of the four softwood pulps decreased as the beating degree increased.Comparatively,coastal pine performed best in the production of paper products with high permeability requirements.
