国内外造纸法烟草薄片质量对比研究

摘　　要：为了解国内外造纸法烟草薄片的品质差异,对四个厂家(A、B、C为国内厂家,D为国外厂家)的造纸法烟草薄片样品进行外貌结构、物理化学性能、常规烟气成分和中性致香成分对比研究。结果表明,厂家A的薄片纤维呈现出短粗形态且表面有大量填料固体颗粒,其余三个厂家则为细长形态;在物理化学性能上,不同薄片也存在差异,其中厂家A和D的薄片较接近;在常规烟气成分上厂家A、C、D烟草薄片的差异性较小;烟草薄片中性致香成分主要有8种,其中厂家A的薄片中性致香成分总含量最高。部分国内厂家造纸法烟草薄片品质已经达到国外水平。In order to understand the quality difference between domestic and foreign paper-made tobacco sheets,the structure,physicochemical properties,routine smoke components and neutral aroma components of paper-made tobacco sheets samples from four manufacturers(A,B and C are domestic manufacturers,D is foreign manufacturers)were compared and studied.The results show that the sheet fiber of manufacturer A shows a short and thick shape with a large number of filler solid particles on the surface,and the other three manufacturers have a slender shape.The physical and chemical properties of different paper-made tobacco sheets are different,especially,the sheets of manufacturer A and D are closer to each other.In the routine smoke composition,the difference of tobacco sheets from manufacturers A,C and D is small.There are mainly 8 kinds of neutral aroma components in tobacco sheets,among which the total content of neutral aroma components in manufacturer A’s sheets is the highest.The quality of paper-made tobacco sheets made by some domestic manufacturers has reached that of foreign level.
