摘　　要：平均粒径、粒径分布是碳酸钙质量验收的关键技术指标,需要采用有效监控措施对其进行测定评价,来保证碳酸钙质量满足使用要求。本文对马尔文M S3000激光衍射粒度仪在碳酸钙样品测试过程中影响测试结果稳定性的因素进行了讨论,从测量前仪器的对光和背景的确认、测试样品前处理方式的选择、测试样品超声条件的确定三个方面进行了优化,从而保证了检测结果的稳定性和有效性。Verage particle size and particle size distribution are the key technical indexes of calcium carbonate quality acceptance.Effective monitoring measures should be adopted to measure and evaluate the quality of calcium carbonate to ensure that the quality of calcium carbonate meets the application requirements.In this paper,the factors affecting the stability of the test results during the test of calcium carbonate samples by Malvern MS3000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer are discussed.The three aspects of the confirmation of the light and background before the measurement,the selection of the pretreatment method of the test sample and the determination of the ultrasonic conditions of the test sample are studied and confirmed,so as to ensure the stability and validity of the test results.
