摘　　要：原外购的纸机湿部高压喷淋驱动器,在生产中频繁出现故障,不仅影响织物的保洁,经常因织物含水量不均匀而影响产品质量,使成纸率下降,而且也加重了维修劳动强度和维修成本;车间自制的圆盘连杆驱动器,解决了故障频繁问题,整套装置结构简洁,安装维护方便,运行稳定可靠。The high-pressure spray driver of the wet end of the paper machine purchased externally frequently fails in production,which not only affects the cleaning of the fabric,but also affects the quality of the product due to the uneven water content of the fabric,which reduces the paper yield and increases the maintenance cost.The self-made disc connecting rod driver in the paper mill solves the problem of frequent faults.The whole device boasts simple structure,convenient installation and maintenance,and stable and reliable operation.
