摘  要:烘缸最常见、对运行影响最明显的故障就是轴承故障,严重的轴承故障将导致烘缸运行失效,造成纸机停机。本文介绍了一种基于数学建模的烘缸轴承故障诊断方法,通过数学模型,科学设定烘缸运行时的振动报警值,在大幅降低对烘缸轴承故障判断难度同时,提高了对故障判断的准确度,并在实际运用中取得了良好的效果。The most common and obvious failure of the dryer is the bearing failure.Serious bearing failure will lead to the failure of the dryer and the shutdown of the paper machine.This paper introduces a fault diagnosis method of dryer bearing based on mathematical modeling.Through the mathematical model,the vibration alarm value during the operation of the dryer is scientifically set,which greatly reduces the difficulty of judging the fault of dryer bearing,improves the accuracy of fault judgment,and achieves good results in practical application.
