摘　　要：介绍了造纸生产线真空系统设备的应用现状,分析了磁悬浮透平真空泵这一新设备的磁悬浮轴承技术、工作原理和控制原理。并通过公司一条生产线的改造实例,从生产相关统计数据分析了磁悬浮透平真空泵的节能情况,总结了纸机真空系统使用磁悬浮透平真空泵的意义。The paper introduces the application status of vacuum system equipment in paper production line,and analyzes the magnetic bearing technology,working principle and control principle of the magnetic levitation turbine vacuum pump.Through an example of a production line,the paper analyzes the energy-saving situation of the magnetic levitation turbine vacuum pump,and summarizes the significance of using the magnetic levitation turbine vacuum pump in the paper machine.
