摘　　要：面对国内外复杂因素越来越多,全球制浆造纸行业的急速变革,2022年以来,中国造纸行业的从业者对未来的发展普遍产生了担忧情绪。而拥有国际视野的四川环龙织物却在这一轮变革中,早早将全球化发展、创新驱动和可持续发展等方向融入到企业管理和发展规划中。在环龙集团创始人沈根莲女士、周骏先生以及环龙织物总经理谢宗国先生的带领下,公司脚踏实地,一步一个脚印.Facing more and more market uncertainties as well as rapid changes in the global pulp and paper industry in recent years,China's paper industry has been generally worried about the future development since 2022.However,Sichuan Vanov Technical Fabrics Co.,with a global vision,has integrated global development,innovation drive and sustainable development into its corporate development plan earlier.Under the leadership of Ms Shen Genlian and Mr Zhou Jun,the founders of Vanov Group,and Mr Xie Zongguo,the general manager of Sichuan Vanov Technical Fabrics Co.,the company gradually established a good reputation in the market of high-end papermaking fabrics which used to be monopolised by foreign-funded enterprises.In January 2022,Vanov Holdings was listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange,and became the first Chinese paper machinery supplier to be listed in Hong Kong.In the past year,Vanov firmly grasped the opportunity brought by the listing,successfully coped with the multiple challenges in the market,and achieved satisfactory results in internal management,sustainable development,new project construction,talent cultivation as well as market development,and rebuilt its global competitiveness.Recently,CPPI reporter interviewed Mr Xie Zongguo again to discuss the new changes of the company after one-year listing in Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
