摘　　要：美式橄榄球是一项刺激的运动。美式橄榄球场的两端都有一个端区。两支球队相互对抗,每一队都要把球打进对方的端区。每支球队各有4次机会可以把球向前推进10码。如果成功,就可以再推进10码。要是不成功,就换另一队推进。一名球员如果带着球跑进端区或者在端区接到球,他的球队就可以得到6分。一支球队如果把球踢过球门柱,就可以得到3分。American football is an exciting sport.A football field has an end zone at each end.Two teams play the game.Each team wants to get the football into the other team's end zone.A team gets four chances to move the ball 10 yards.If they succeed,they try to go another 10 yards.If they don't,it's the other team's turn.If a player runs into the end zone with the ball or catches it there,his team gets six points.If a team kicks the ball through the goal posts,they get three points.
