摘 要:随着科技的快速发展,越来越多的企业引进大数据等互联网新兴技术,以适应时代的发展。石化企业作为中国国民经济的重要支柱产业,引入信息技术作为新手段来适应时代的发展是企业发展的必然趋势。仪控状态管理平台作为新时代下石化企业的选择焦点之一,对企业的管理以及发展来说是具有重要意义的,能够基于仪表及控制系统的状态监测和智能巡检,发现设备缺陷,指导开展维修工作,逐步实现设备维修方式从事后维修、定时性维修向预知性、预测性维修转变,深入践行“管设备,管设备运行”的管理理念。文章主要探讨两化融合条件下仪控状态管理平台为石化企业的管理带来的效率提升。With the rapid development of science and technology,more and more enterprises have to keep pace with The Times to introduce new Internet technologies such as big data to adapt to the development of The Times.As an important pillar industry of China's national economy,it is an inevitable trend for petrochemical enterprises to introduce information technology as a new means to adapt to the development of The Times.As one of the focuses of petrochemical enterprises in the new era,the status management platform ofinstrument control is of great significance for the management and development of enterprises.Based on the status monitoring and intelligent inspection ofinstrument and control system,it can discover equipment defects,guide the maintenance work,and gradually realize the transformation of equipment maintenance mode from post-maintenance and timed maintenance to predictive and predictive maintenance.Deeply practicing the management concept of “managing equipment,managing equipment operation”.This paper mainly discusses the efficiency improvement of the state management platform ofinstrument control for the management of petrochemical enterprises under the condition ofintegration of the two.
